Deployed

Regenovate is the proprietary hardware that converts pre-consumed food waste into two bio-agents. Feedstock is sorted, ground and dewatered, then fermented aerobically in controlled vessels under sensor monitoring, and separated into a solid and a liquid fraction that go straight to where they are used.

Because the process is aerobic rather than anaerobic, it produces no methane and no odour. Because it runs where the waste is produced, there is no haulage to a recovery centre and no return trip for the output.

The distinction that matters commercially is not speed. Every other pathwayreduces waste. Incineration burns it, landfill buries it, anaerobic digestion down-cycles it into biogas and a residue that still has to go somewhere. Regenovate converts it in full, and the outputs are the operating inputs of a working site.

What comes out

Biofertilizer
Nutrition. Supplies nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium from the fermented feedstock, and improves their availability through microbial activity. Zero synthetic and zero pesticide input.
Biostimulant
Health, immunity and resilience. On crops it primes the plant's own induced systemic resistance. In aquaculture it is delivered as a fermented fruit waste feed additive.

Both are prebiotic, not probiotic. They nurture the microbes already present in the soil and the water rather than introducing foreign organisms.

ReGen OS

In development

An agentic platform that turns a regenerative operation into a scalable, self-optimizing business.

A regenerative operation runs on judgement: when to dose, when to rotate, when to feed, when to harvest, and what the water and the soil are telling you. That judgement is built over decades and it usually lives with one person. ReGen OS moves it into a system, so the operation can run at more than one site without losing what makes it work.

    Sensor and vision capture across the conversion hardware, the field and the pond. Operational telemetry and ISO-certified SOPs. The layer that makes a biological operation legible to a machine.

ReGen OS is in active development inside the Cyberport Incubation Programme. The substrate it needs already exists, which is the part most platforms in this category do not have: a working operation with two decades of process history behind it.

Development is staged by domain. The conversion and growing loop first, aquaculture water and feed alongside it, then deployment beyond our own sites.

Aquaculture is not an extension of the crop work. It is a domain of its own with its own research behind it.

Land

Soil biology, nutrition and crop health across roughly 55 cultivars in 24 categories, under continuous rotation with zero synthetic input.

Water

Aquaculture feed, growth and water quality. Three species ship commercially today, with published feed research behind the method.
