Why we exist
Regeneration works. Repeating it is the problem.
Converting waste into living bio-agents, rebuilding soil biology, growing food with no synthetic input, raising fish on a fermented feed: all of it works, and it has worked commercially in Hong Kong for two decades.
What has not worked is doing it twice. A regenerative operation runs on accumulated judgement, and judgement does not transfer with a manual. It stays with the person who built it, which caps the whole category at the size of one site and one operator.
ReGen Lab builds the two things that lift that cap. Hardware that converts the biomass the same way every time, and an operating layer that holds the judgement, applies it, and improves it from the record.
Flagship project
Hung Yat Farm, Yuen Long.
Our flagship project began in the early 2000s on a contaminated former pig-skin factory site. Over twenty years it was restored into a working farming and aquaculture ecosystem that now supplies kitchens across the Hong Kong market. The restoration was not a sustainability programme. It was the first demonstration that the method works.
Regenovate was proven there, and the process record that ReGen OS is built on comes from there. It is the reason our claims carry third-party verification instead of a pilot deck.
It is a project, not a boundary. What we build is for any operator running a biological process on land or in water.
How we work
We run our own knowledge system on the rules we would want a buyer to hold us to.
Settled facts are separate from drafts
The company's verified record lives in locked documents. No meeting, no deck and no good argument writes to them directly. Changes are proposed, and a person accepts them.
Every number traces to a source
A figure earns its place by naming the report, body and date behind it. That rule is why the numbers on this site carry their source in the markup.
Precision beats reach
We would rather publish the number we can defend than the larger one we cannot. It is the same standard our verification partners hold us to.
