Biomass conversion

Proprietary hardware that converts pre-consumed food waste into two bio-agents through controlled vessel fermentation, on the site that produced the waste. Aerobic, so no methane and no odour, and no haulage to a recovery centre and back.

Every other pathway reduces waste. Incineration burns it, landfill buries it, anaerobic digestion down-cycles it into gas and residue. Regenovate converts it in full, and the outputs are operating inputs.

An agentic platform that turns a regenerative operation into a scalable, self-optimizing business. It reads what the operation is doing across the hardware, the growing ground and the water, decides what happens next, and keeps the reasoning so the next cycle starts from the last one.

Built on two decades of microbial process data, and designed to run an operation the person who developed it is not standing in.

Soil biology, nutrition and crop health across roughly 55 cultivars in 24 categories, under continuous rotation with zero synthetic input.

Water

Aquaculture feed, growth and water quality. Three species ship commercially today, with published feed research behind the method.

    Pre-sorted, pre-consumed food waste, taken where it is produced.

    Controlled vessel fermentation converts the feedstock on site. Aerobic, so no methane and no haulage.

    Two bio-agents

    A biofertilizer for nutrition. A biostimulant for plant and animal health. Both prebiotic, not probiotic.

    Soil and water

    Applied to growing ground and to pond water. Biology rebuilt with zero synthetic input.

    Zero-chemical produce and aquaculture, back to the kitchens the feedstock came from.

The output feeds the next cycle. Nothing leaves as residue.

Flagship project

Twenty years of operating record, on one site.

Hung Yat Farm in Yuen Long is our flagship project: a working regenerative operation built on restored industrial land, supplying kitchens at every tier of the Hong Kong market, with three aquaculture species shipping alongside the crops.

It is where Regenovate was proven and where the process record that ReGen OS is built on comes from. It is not the limit of what the platform is for. The systems are built for any operator running a biological process on land or in water.
